I got a fly little haircut today which makes me feel pretty cute! LOL! I mean, if your hair doesn’t look good, you don’t really "feel" good either. I was excited about going a tad shorter so that all the sweating I’ve been doing at the gym does not mess up the do.
Speaking of the gym, this past week was a bust. I worked 12-15 hours 4 days this week and was ridiculously exhausted and stressed both mentally and physically. I am really getting an opportunity to see the impact that working out has on the body’s ability to handle stress. We are almost done with this last tax deadline and then I can get back to my 6-days-a-week gym routine.
I miss it.
