Friday, November 7th, 2008Firstly, I went on vacation. That took up the entire month of september. I wasn’t training or dieting just enjoying life with my love!
Second, I returned and got right back into training. I have more fat on me because I am building up and there is nothing really exciting to talk about except maybe…
My shoulders, holy sh*it I am starting to get shoulders!!!! I am so happy. When I get closer to comp time, i will post pic and blog more. But right now there is nothing interesting, just fat covered abs with a pair of shoulders attached.
Hey, I am having fun, even if i can’t walk around the gym in hot pants and a bra-top!
