Today was a success! I completed a 2.5 hour chest workout and did interval training for cardio. I also feel it was a success because I found a legitimate workout partner. Up until now i have been working out on my own. I always feel that a workout partner will bring my motivation down if their motivation doesn’t match mine. But I feel this guy has the same goals as me and the same motivation.

I don’t know who reads this stuff, but today was my first day training with my injured shoulder. I decided to concentrate on my lower back, core, and legs for the next month due to a shoulder injury. I thought it would tough resisting the urge to lift with my upper body, but it was not. I have never trained my legs as hard as I did today. I spent three hours in the gym today; I normally spend around 2.5 hours. On another note, this week will be a whole month that I have been going to the gym six days a week and spending at least 2.5 hours there. In about a month I will be posting a progress picture.
