alright been on it going into 3 and a half weeks. I am feeling great actually had some acne issues during week two but after getting some acne face wash that seems to have gone away. Felt strong in the gym today despite not getting a lot of rest. Today was arms and I really tried to throw everything that I could at them. By the time I was done my arms were full of blood and veins everywhere. Felt good. Recovery between sets is better then normal so I am getting my workout done faster

Day 5 feeling Ok still no gains in strength or any other body changes. I have been very thirsty the last two days and have had a headache might be due to not getting enough water so I am trying in increase water intake. OK on to legs ouch Kurt I am going to kill you one leg presses kicked my ass, I liked it . Legs are done really have no feeling in them at all, just the way I like it after a good leg thrashing. Tomorrow is going to suck.

Day 4 still not much to report except today I had dry mouth all day especially in the gym even chesing gum I just couldn’t stop drinking. Good workout today again alot of motivation in the gym I tend to have increased motivation and energy when starting a new stack and especially a log so not sure if the increase is do to the 11oxo or placebo effect of a new log and product but whatever it is I like it….

On day three so far not much to report no sides so far I believe I should start to see it kick in around day 7. I am looking forward to seeing what this can do……. Today hit the gym to get some cardio in since it was my off day. Really didn’t have cardio scheduled but I hate not going to the gym so I thought I would hit it up for 45 mins of cardio. Got on the treadmill at a 15% incline speed of 4.0. Felt good didin’t feel tired at all and normally I hate cardio but today just felt like a breeze………………

Man the 100’s and 110’s felt so light I really thought that the 130’s were mine got to the 120’s still felt good but failed twice at the 130’s man I really wanted them today I almost got a full rep out of the 130’s but can’t take credit for that. Man I am upset that this stck is going to end I might have to order some more and extend the stack for another 30 days .

My knee is still kills when I squat but not as bad as before so thats a good thing strength was good especially since I haven’t gone over 225 in awhile due to my knee and being sick. I was pumped getting 365 and suprised since I having been squating heavy lately. It looks like I have 4 days to go on this stack and I am dreading coming off of it since my gains have been great and strength has been unreal even after being sick and losing 7 pounds in 3 days I am back making gains I am very impresssed with this stack…..
