Hammies??Help!!
January 20, 2009Alrighty folks, im no noob when it comes to weight training, bodybuilding, etc…but i never give up a chance to better my knowledge about the sport, im having some difficulty with the development of my hamstrings, my quads are coming out great, im do just about everything, front and reg squats, all different stances, hacksquats, one leg squats, leg presses, close stance, wide, etc… i go really heavy some days and high reps low weight others, also do stiff leg deadlifts, reverse hamstring curls, leg extensions, split squats, lunges, walking lunges, you name it, i do it, lol, ill always switch my routine doing burnouts before i do my power movements, and switching, etc… maybe its just gonna take more time and with muscle maturity they will fill out, i have long legs and arms and a short torso for my height, no complaints but that might be one of my problems, who knows, well for anyone reading this id love your feedback….
