arggg
January 11, 2009it is so hard to find the right eating habits!! so,all i want to loose is about 5lbs+- of jiggle and gain it back in muscle, the hardest thing for me to do for some reason. i eat high protien low carbs,but i cant’ get over my caloric intake of 1480 calories a day…i end up bottoming out around 1200..without going over in carbs/fat.
i go to the gym 3-5 days a week(have 2 kids),and bust my ass on the weights.i have my regimen, shoulders/tri/bi’s/abs,chest/back/calves/abs,and then legs. grrr…how do i get 300 more calories?
