I’m making some good gains!!! But I noticed that my left bicep seems to be lagging behind. My right bicep is larger even though I do the same lifting on each side. I am right hand dominant but I lift the same on each side. Any ideas on how to fix this? And also can you work on symetry? Or is symetry just a genetic thing where some people have it and some don’t?

Hey I was wondering about squats? When you do squats where should you have the bar on your back? I feel like I have it too high on my neck and it hurts. Should it be more on your traps, also do leg presses work the same muscles as squats? ]thanks

So you know that cool vein that runs down the front of your bicep? How do you get that vein? Does it require one to be lean or do you just need a large bicep?
