Finals weekk..

Ugh okay so this week I have finals, and it sucks because I am barely making time for the gym. But on the good side, I went today and then I found out that last night I made a 100 and an 80 on my other two tests. Yay! But okay tell me if this happens to any of y’all: My nutritionist gave me an eating plan that is completely different on how I used to eat and I am eating the 5 small meals a day, and somehow I managed to gain weight. Will the weight eventually start to come off or what? I don’t like this feeling, especially since I am going to see my boyfriend on Christmas (he’s in the Air Force) and I was planning to look really good for when I saw him and I just feel down on myself more than ever. This bites! Sometimes I just wonder if I should quit trying…. I mean it’s the hardest battle ever and especially coming from an eating disorder, it’s so hard. I still sometimes battle with bulimia, maybe that and drinking are the two reasons  I am plateauing. Who knows! Welll, I’m going to the Rockets game tonight! YAYAYA! And then my last final is tomorrow. Thank goodness! I can finally get bck on schedual. Well, I hope everyone has a beautiful day!

    I can relate to having finals . . . good luck wit that. You gain any weight as long as you are burning more calories than you are consuming. Be sure to train hard wit the weights and work in cardio as well for extra calorie buring.

    the weight you gain is temporary, you look awesome as it is, the small break for finals is a good amount to give your body rest. good luck with your finals!

    just stay motivated, finals will be over, then you will be able to work-out more again, therefore, looking awesome for your boyfriend when he comes back! he’ll for sure be happy to see you!

    Cut out the drinking. 7cals/gram and empty cals to boot. Alcohol = bad. In a previous blog you mentioned that you eat poorly when you drink. Are you eating clean now when you drink? That is half your battle. With your age you have a lot going for you. Your metabolism should be thru the roof. It is us old guys who have the difficult part. :-)

    you are an incredible person! you don’t need anyone but YOU! just stay focused, be selfish, put yourself first and make sure you make time for YOU! do what you need to do for you and then figure out what else you have time for after that! You are doing great, keep working at it…. and don’t forget how gorgeous you are!
