Where can I find a good cutting diet?
So I am somewhat going through the motions of getting ready for the competition June 13th. I won’t be dieting the full 12 weeks. I think I will diet strictly for 10 weeks. Mainly because when I found out about it I was a couple of days short of having the full 12 weeks and I haven’t been the best with my diet the past few days even though I can’t say I have been eating bad. So next Friday April 3rd I go to Miami to visit my family for a week, and I have to have at least one day to cheat. I loooooove my mom’s Cuban food and I haven’t been home in exactly a year. So I cannot go through the torture of being there for a week and not having at least a good meal one day. So the plan is on Friday when I get there have her cook my favorite meal and that will be my last cheat meal before competition. I will have exactly 10 weeks as of April 4th until the day of competition. So I think that workouts pretty well.
Does anyone know where I can find a good cutting diet though? I found one a while ago and I have been somewhat following it and that’s how I leaned out again since January but I’m not necesarily a fan of it. If anyone has any websites they know of feel free to tell me.
=)

I don’t really count calories but I try to keep my carb intake low and my fat intake even lower. I drink a protein shake every time I’m done working out whether it’s just cardio or lifting. Breakfast oatmeal with yogurt and also egg whites. Mid-morning snack protein shake. Lunch big salad (lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, broccoli, cucumbers with balsamic vinegar topped with baked chicken). Mid-afternoon snack apple and small protein shake. I usually don’t have dinner because I workout after work so I have a protein shake around that time and my last snack usually a couple of hours before bed is half a cup of cottage cheese with 10 almonds. Usually on the weekends I don’t follow this diet. Pick one day out of the weekend and have a high carb day (it’s my variation of the carb-rotation diet). And the next day just eat straight protein. It shocks your metabolism like crazy. Then Monday resume your normal diet.
