Tuesday, January 29th, 2008Me legs and me glutes are sore…musta been those reverse squats. just in case anyone is curious, if you’re an at home gym person and ya don’t have equipment to do proper squats, then static lunges or single leg step ups will do the trick…both of these alternatives will work pretty much the same muscle groups as the squat.

Holy cow i had the longest marathon on a treadmill ever last nite: 45 minutes in my THZ - all told, about 52 minutes. It was fun… ipods are a commodity when it comes to working out…
