so far so…
My stats show improvements over last week: total of 1/2 inch lost, gained 1lb of muscle and lost about 3lbs on the scale…
Looks like i am taking care of business - incinerating about 2 lbs of fat per week. Progress pics taken. Still going strong!
Protein days today and tomorrow. Next week starts the long anticipated fat liveration phase. I am so ready to reveal what’s under the fat! Haven’t had any crap junk food for the last few weeks; so yesterday i decided to have a slice of the pizza my hubbie made.
Then, and i went ahead and savoured the last couple of pieces of Godiva dark chocolate truffles that i received as a holiday gift.
But that was it….just enough, so i wouldn’t feel like total s***t after eating it (i mean that physically - fatigued, bloated, cranky, etc.)
I am rocking this transformation…on target to reach my goals by May.

Incredible progress! I started out a little jealous, but now I’m inspired. BTW, MMA is Mixed Martial Arts, the fastest growing sport in America, and for good reason. Keep your progress up - your changing more lives than just your own!
