Say NO to Sweeteners too!
We all know avoidance of sugar is a major key to burning away the fat…
How many of you watched a recent nightly news edition regarding sweeteners?
It’s confirmation that sugar substitiutes are just as bad as hyrogenated fats…a recent study (Perdue University) reveals that consuming diet sodas and other things using sugar substitues cause an increase in weight rather than the opposite.

So i know we’re not rats, but just the same…i for one stay away from eating or drinking crap that isn’t natural. I used to do that, and well, you see where it’s gotten me…

Oh my what a wake up call. I average 1 diet pepsi a day and 4 splenda packets. No wonder I am not loosing weigt. It is water for me from here on out. Vincenzo

I’ve been drinking diet sodas (tons) since I was a kid. Fat, thin, has never made a difference for me.
I do try to limit them when I can, but it goes in phases. I end up thirstier when I drink them (dehydrated).
I’ve been drinking a lot of the Lipton diet green tea for the past couple of years. Yup, sweetener in that too. I also like the TeaTech green tea in packets–also has splenda. It is just really hard to get away from the stuff.
