Day Off?
Holy shit it’s hard to not wanna go workout today…
Out of obligation i feel i need to eat a couple pieces of the Whitman’s chocolate i received for Xmas…obligation i tell you!!!
As soon as that box is gone (probably be April or May b4 it’s gone, maybe the family will eat it up…) That’s IT. No more of that crap in my presence.
All i eat anymore is healthy food. The only reason i am presented with crappy options are because my family wants pizza, sausages, hotdogs and hamburgers, mac and cheese. Either they eat what i fix or i wind up having to cook two separate entrees. It sucks; but, i do what i gotta do.
To add to that, I’m not tellin my friends and aquaintences about what i’m doing either…it’s just a friggin lonely road…i so hope that they catch on ten weeks from now when i go from wide to whoa!

I’ve been cooking multiple meals for the past four years. I’m lucky that I can nearly always eat my dinner before my husband gets home. That helps a lot.
It doesn’t help when he sits in front of me every night eating sausage, crackers, cheese & drinking margaritas

whew, tell me!
I guess we’re two peas in the same kinda pod…
yeah, tonite they’re having the chicken and cheese quesadillas and i’m having chicken yam and cali veg medley.
My daughter is incessnatly into the junk candy and puddings (whichmy husband insists has to be in the grocery cart at checkout.)
Hopefully it’ll at least rub off on my 7 year-old, what i’m trying to do.

I am lucky. I make enough food for about 6 meals. If my family is willing to eat that particular ‘yucky’ health food that day. great. If not the fridge is filled with tons of microwave and oven premade meals. I would go mad if I had to cook 2 things all the time. I still have to watch them eat the yummy stuff though… /sigh

true that! I do the same sometimes…make them pizza and prepackaged foods. But they wil eat grilled chicken dishes and the occasional lean steak. Always they eat breakfast with more egg whites than yolks and wheat bread. They use butter, i do it plain. Other than that, ya know what, i choose getting into shape now over junk food.
I just keep saying, i can have that later on…and then i eat someting better and feel good about my choice.

Sometimes the most urgent and vital thing you can possibly do is take a complete rest, and eat some damn good choclate!
