Yoooooooooooooo! :p For any of you that are interested i have devised a new training regimen to work around my lat. Basically I am not going to train back, chest, or shoulers for 2 more weeks then see how it feels. If its not still all knotted up, then I will slowly ease back in. Thankfully my chest and shoulders fill out really quick so I am not overly concerned with those areas, but let me tell you it SUCKS! I was on a role!
Enough bitchin lets get to it!
Day 1: Quads AM Hams PM
Day 2: Posing (lower body) AM Flexibility (lower body) PM
Day 3: Triceps, Biceps, & Forearms (all isolated movements) AM Rest PM
Day 4: Calves & Abdominals (also perform lower back extentions) AM Rest PM
Day 5: Flexibility AM REST PM
Repeat
Im going to try and take advantage of being able to train these groups so frequently without over training. I think I could afford to obtain bigger legs and arms without throwing off my symmetry…. what do you think? Hopefully I will be back to training everything soon!

Hey everyone! First thing, Happy New Year to you all! Not so happy for me so far :/ I have been feeling great and very confident. Best I have ever looked. Unforunate to say on 01/10/09 I retore my lat! I know it is torn because 2 years ago I tore it pretty bad. I had x-rays taken etc. I was not doing anything foolish. I never train with an ego. I performed pullups for the first time in over 4 months. That was the only thing out of the ordinary. Sets 1 and 2 bodyweight. set 3 weighted with 25, set 4 with 45. Felt great, good pump. Next I performed 5 sets of deadlifts. Nothing Crazy at all. 135, 225, 275, 315, 405. Still feeling great, I went to perform close grip cable rows. Normally I will start out my sets with around 150 and end with at least 300 or more for 10-15 reps. Needless to say I went to perform my first set with just 190 and rrrrrip. Yes, that god awful sound again. Immediately my stomache dropped and I felt the nausea coming on. "please god, not now" is all I kept repeating to myself in my head. I sat there for about 10 minutes afraid to move. Finally I attempted to lift out my arm and it was becoming more and more tight by the second. On a good note, this is 2 days later I can still move my arm but cant pull open a door yet so its not as bad as before. SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSS. Let you know what I am able to do for training and what my split looks like from here on out. I am estimating that I wont be able to train back for 2 to 20 weeks since last time it took 6 months to heal and appears less severe. F*ck!!!!! Pray with me please
