update
Let’s see, shoulder Surgery back in April. Rehab quick yet sucky. Was back in the gym 8 weeks post op and am stronger than I’ve been my whole life by far. Found some great lifting partners joined another gym so I could utilize more equipment and train with people that have similar goals. I had completed a cut and got to 9-10%. I’m currently bulking and close to 200LBS…sitting around 15-16% I’m going to keep going till I hit 210 then cut again. Looking to be at 190LBS and at single digit bodyfat by next spring.
