So I got up at 6am to gear up for the gym..I start my car up around 645 because there was a lot of frost on it today.I gather up all my stuff to get ready to head out and my dad leaves his keys on the table so I can start his before I head out.I say my goodbyes an head out. What do I see????? NO CARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! Someone stole my car this morning right out of my drive way,needless to say I was/am very distraught..I woke up all happy cause my abs are super tight and showing again and BAMMM 45mins my good mood was shot down.
The cops were called and they said probably someone got tempted because it was cold out and took it.They also they have a good chance of finding it because it’s an 1999 cutless lol…So please fingers crossed for me!!!!!!

Okay I not going to keep posting the diet everyday but I just wanted to tell you how I’m doing.Workouts are great,cardio is going strong 2xday–>45mins.
Food wise it’s also going good,just working on getting that timing down pack. Now side affects of this diet,ahemmm(note this is the norm for this type of plan). Headaches,very low enegry,i’m bloated like i’m the octo-mom lmfaooo but this will all pass in the coming wks,fingers crossed!!! I just thought with all this water intake i’d see some BM’s,cause my stomach is rumbling like crazy;I dont know whats going on in there:)
Alrighty I’m still focused on that end goal…yayyyyy!!!!!

I’m on the cut diet as of this morning…The workout was awesome,not use to doing only 2sets but the program increases in the up coming weeks.The only problem is timing and EGGS,lol.
Time wise,I got my 1st meal in at 10am:( and as for the food plan it calls for 8egg whites/1whole egg…Ummm I’m currently looking at half the eggs on my plate.I cant finish,I feel I want to vomit with each bite,lol. Sooo I think i’ll have to take a liquid whey protien shot instead(26g,NO sugar,NO carbs…sounds good to me)!!!!

I’ve been out of the gym since sunday before that I went 8 straight days. Sunday I had dislocated my shoulder "again" it happened a month prior as well. I went to change direction on how I was pulling myself up for pullups and let one arm go and POP. Lucky i have double jointed shoulders but the disruption of the bones made the surrounding area ache/sore.I still can’t rest my arm a certain way. Niether here nor there,I’ve haven’t worked out which also led me to EAT(shameful,lol)
I’m not to worried about losing the added weight,I feel like I filled out pretty quickly which isnt making me happy either BUT on the upside what ever weight is gained can always be lost!!!! It just sucks having to feel like you’re back at square one,I’ll be back I the gym this sunday and afterwards hit the market for clean eats. Okay enough of my ranting,have a wonderful wknd y’all

Okay so I did something I know I shouldn’t have done especially mid-day& diegestively backed up (TMI* sorry,lol) …I hopped on the scale!!! Not happy at all,kind of sad truthfully. I damn near killed myself in the gym with cardio/weight this past wk and I’m up pounds??? The other truth is I dont eat enough at all to keep my metabolism up and running,it’s that old eating disorder thing another reason why I stayed off the scale for 2months(I was much happier not knowing the "numbers" too).
The sane part of me knows to lose BF you have to eat small portions etc…The scared part says NO. The other thing that trips me up is when I see women my height on here that weigh 99-110lbs lol or even worse women 5′6 over weighing less than me,it does kill me a bit and I know I should never judge someone elses figure against my own.Now the scared freaked out part of me wants to FAST for a good wk and lose weight fast. Other people say I look great in the gym,my waist is super small,blah blah but that F**king scale ruins me everytime:( It’s all in the eye of the beholder I tell people and today is NOT a great day for me..

Soooo my last blog i was feeling low and defeated because of what the scale had said.These last few weeks i’ve been playin with my diet(cutting carbs @3pm) lifting/cardio training 5-6days a wk and I’m starting to see the results i’ve been waiting for. Society always sends the message of quick fixes and miracle pills but in our "community" we have to do it right and seek Patience…Something i’m still learning,lol. I also gain inspiraton from a lot of you and your true commintment to training and living healthy. Truely greatful to this site!!!! Now i’m off to do bi’s-tri’s muahhhhhh

So weighed myself this am and I’m NOT happy.I still manage to float between 125-129 and it’s starting to weigh on me big time.I havent had this much trouble tryin to weight in a long time and the only way I know how to lose weight isn’t the healthy way. I dont want to fall back into old habits(NOT eating) but i’m not in my comfort zone of 115lbs,I honestly dont know what steps to take next???

So do to a lovely pinched nerve in my neck I’ve been out of the gym for about 4/5days and dying to be back in there:( It’s really depressing,gained back the weight I lost and I know more than half of it is water weight but still not a good feeling to see those NUMBERS on the scale.I think I may do a 4-5day fast,I have done it in awhile but I need to kick off some lbs since I cant lift yet.It’s funny how we sometimes take a healthy body for granted especially when most of us are gym rats,lmfaoo

Sooo I had a cheat day friday night(fish&chips) tasted awesome might I add but the guilt that followed afterward was intense. I realized that I really DON’T need a cheat day. I figure I’ll just save a cheat meal for when I head out which isnt often at all.
