Cut Diet…Day2
Okay I not going to keep posting the diet everyday but I just wanted to tell you how I’m doing.Workouts are great,cardio is going strong 2xday–>45mins.
Food wise it’s also going good,just working on getting that timing down pack. Now side affects of this diet,ahemmm(note this is the norm for this type of plan). Headaches,very low enegry,i’m bloated like i’m the octo-mom lmfaooo but this will all pass in the coming wks,fingers crossed!!! I just thought with all this water intake i’d see some BM’s,cause my stomach is rumbling like crazy;I dont know whats going on in there:)
Alrighty I’m still focused on that end goal…yayyyyy!!!!!

So, how long are you going to this diet for? I would like to do it right before I go to my TDY in the states…but I dont think I will be able to handle it for too long. Are you going to post progress pics soon? Good luck with the diet and keep it up!
