Cut Diet…Day1
I’m on the cut diet as of this morning…The workout was awesome,not use to doing only 2sets but the program increases in the up coming weeks.The only problem is timing and EGGS,lol.
Time wise,I got my 1st meal in at 10am:( and as for the food plan it calls for 8egg whites/1whole egg…Ummm I’m currently looking at half the eggs on my plate.I cant finish,I feel I want to vomit with each bite,lol. Sooo I think i’ll have to take a liquid whey protien shot instead(26g,NO sugar,NO carbs…sounds good to me)!!!!

for brkfst try 3 egg whites one whole egg and a cup of oatmeal! and two cups of water with your multi-vitamine.
