OUT….
I’ve been out of the gym since sunday before that I went 8 straight days. Sunday I had dislocated my shoulder "again" it happened a month prior as well. I went to change direction on how I was pulling myself up for pullups and let one arm go and POP. Lucky i have double jointed shoulders but the disruption of the bones made the surrounding area ache/sore.I still can’t rest my arm a certain way. Niether here nor there,I’ve haven’t worked out which also led me to EAT(shameful,lol)
I’m not to worried about losing the added weight,I feel like I filled out pretty quickly which isnt making me happy either BUT on the upside what ever weight is gained can always be lost!!!! It just sucks having to feel like you’re back at square one,I’ll be back I the gym this sunday and afterwards hit the market for clean eats. Okay enough of my ranting,have a wonderful wknd y’all

hey make sure you are taking proper care of that shoulder. look at it this way you can still hit the cardio and do legs and abbs! i hope you are doing ok. get well soon so you can satr on those weights again! )

I know how that is.My shoulders still pop out after 6 years.But since i started trainning more seriously my shoulders dont pop out as much.Just take it slow and build up your shoulders and surrounding muscles, you be cool!:-)

Aw man. I have shoulder problems that go back 20 years… hope its just a short term setback. hang in there.
