Patience….
Sunday, January 4th, 2009Soooo my last blog i was feeling low and defeated because of what the scale had said.These last few weeks i’ve been playin with my diet(cutting carbs @3pm) lifting/cardio training 5-6days a wk and I’m starting to see the results i’ve been waiting for. Society always sends the message of quick fixes and miracle pills but in our "community" we have to do it right and seek Patience…Something i’m still learning,lol. I also gain inspiraton from a lot of you and your true commintment to training and living healthy. Truely greatful to this site!!!! Now i’m off to do bi’s-tri’s muahhhhhh
