This skinny guy needs your help!
As some of you may know if you’ve been following me for any amount of time, I’ve been working on getting and maintaining my motivation. I have all the things I need to be a sucessful bodybuilder (food, supps, gym, workout plan), but I’ve just can’t seem to maintain motivation from week to week.
I’ve tried many different approaches. I took pictures to see my development, kept my measurements, have inspiring pictures, and have a great mental picture of what I want to look like. Despite all of these things, I just can’t stay with it for more than a couple of weeks.
So my question to all of you is, WHAT THE HELL AM I MISSING! I’m open to any and all suggestions and advice that you all have.

What kind of motivation are you striving for? Just the motivation to follow through on your plans, or to get yourself to the gym, or to be consistent in nutrition and exercise? One thing that motivates me is talking to other bodybuilders about their experiences and sharing mine. It’s great to have the freedom to talk to someone who totally "gets it." Is there anything in particular that detracts you after a few weeks?
