This skinny guy needs your help!
Saturday, March 1st, 2008As some of you may know if you’ve been following me for any amount of time, I’ve been working on getting and maintaining my motivation. I have all the things I need to be a sucessful bodybuilder (food, supps, gym, workout plan), but I’ve just can’t seem to maintain motivation from week to week.
I’ve tried many different approaches. I took pictures to see my development, kept my measurements, have inspiring pictures, and have a great mental picture of what I want to look like. Despite all of these things, I just can’t stay with it for more than a couple of weeks.
So my question to all of you is, WHAT THE HELL AM I MISSING! I’m open to any and all suggestions and advice that you all have.
