OK. enough is enough. I decided that I’m either going to use BB.com to my intended goals, or shut down my page. No more whining about the good results others are getting, and throw down another sausage biscuit and read on. ‘embarrassing thing is - - the profile shot for me that’s been up there forever is an even trimmer me than I am now! How’s THAT for a confession! SO - ‘got to start somewhere . . if the gym’s a little intimidating for the moment, I’m hitting the bricks first thing in the hood and cardio up. Hold me accountable, guys - see if I followed through (tomorrow, Tues., the 7th) Oh, and undying thanks to buds on the website who continue to ask, ‘So, how’s it going? How’s the routine?’ You guys know who you are, and I appreciate every naggin’ one of you’s ! No, really.

Dont think too far ahead! Take it one pound at a time! You have the advantage of being tall so your progress should move along good!
Dont worry about what other people think.
When i started out at the gym at 270 pounds they didnt take me seriously. NOW THEY DO!
No need for you to to be self conscious at the gym. Going to the gym is the best gift that you can give to yourself!

You can. You will…if you set your mind to it. Set your goal and don’t stop until you are there. Visualize what you want. See it in your mind. Write it down. Get obsessed with it. Do 30 mins of cardio in the morn when you wake up and then 30 prior to bed. Eat smaller, better quality meals. Plan it out…buy the right stuff.. eat it. Eat more lean protein…less bad carbs…more green leafy vegs. Lift weights 5 days a week. Cleanse the colon and stay regular. Drink a gallon of water a day at least.
Mostly bro, set it in your mind and let nothing stop you. Now start.. and keep doing it over and over. YOU can do it. We are watching.
