Pretty satisfied with today’s numbers all around. Gained almost a pound while keeping waist, hips and BF in check for another week. It’s feeling really good to be able to control those fairly well thus far and keep gaining. I also had some nice grow in my lower body and grew in both my thighs and calves which had been at a stand still for the past few weeks. Along with that I also had a solid gain in my forearms and in my shoulders. Biceps have also gained a bit but not a full 1/8″ so that’s why it is not marked above, hopefully next week there will be an increase. As I had said yesterday I will be switching up my pre-workout meal a bit to see if I notice any benefits from the change. I will be dropping the almonds and adding a 1/2 cup more oatmeal. Hopefully I will see more good things with this change. Again quite pleased with the numbers and hope to continue with the gains.

Quite happy with the weigh in and measurements. Had a nice gain in weight, almost a pound, and gained in my chest and shoulders. I was also able to keep my waist, hips and BF in check while gaining. Very happy with that and can’t ask for much more than solid gains while keeping those down. Would however like to see some more grow in my lower body and biceps for next week. Still deciding whether or not I will switch up my pre-workout meal but am thinking I will stick with it because it seems to be working great for me now. Still, I will give it more thought and come to a decision before tomorrow.

I am extremely happy with how the measurements turned out this week and over the entire course of this log for that matter. I finally crossed the 175 lbs mark while being able to keep BF% more or less steady. I am very pleased as well with the increases elsewhere and keeping waist and hips steady this week. Also I had my blood pressure rechecked and it had actually lowered. While every person obviously reacts differently I can say for a fact that X-Factor has no negative effects on my BP levels. We will have to wait until the results for my cholesterol readings. Everything is definitely looking up and I can only expect more good numbers in the future. I leave for my vacation/off week today and will type up my final review hopefully during that shitty drive. Before that gets up I just want to thank all of you who followed along and gave me amazing support. I appreciate it more then you will know and I will gladly support you in the same way you have supported me. Thanks again guys!

While I would have preferred more of a weight gain this week, it’s hard to be upset with weight gain, increases in measurements and a drop in BF%. Very happy with the forearms and chest, the increases are definitely looking good and can’t wait to compare my before and after pictures. Not too happy about the waist gain but my midsection is looking more solid so I’m not too upset especially given the drop in BF%. I think the results this week show that I made a good decision to try out the “Bulking for Endomorphs” diet, it seems to be providing the results I thought that it would. I will be increasing calories for this upcoming week, not sure where yet though but calories will be bumped up. I will post the changes when I figure out where the increase will be. Again happy with the numbers, hard to be too upset when I gained muscle and lost fat.

Pretty happy with the weigh in this week. I had a nice 1.1 lbs increase along with some good increases in measurements as well. I am very excited to see my legs, especially my calves increasing. It?s also great to see the continued growth in my chest. Well this week I will be making the final adjustment to my diet. The changes I have been making are from reading the book “Bulking for Endomorphs” by Derek Charlebois. I feel that it has helped me this week and can continue to keep fat gains, mainly waist and hips, is check. The final adjustment will be keeping my carb intake around breakfast, pre and post-workouts. I will post that new diet sometime today. Again happy with the numbers this week and hope for more to come in the final 2 weeks of this log.

I am very happy with the weigh-in, most all measurements are up as is weight and it at a spot in between 1 and 2 pounds which was what I was aiming for. It’s nice to see my chest and arms increasing at a good rate and am loving the differences I am seeing in the mirror in addition to the changes in the measurements. The only place that I am not thrilled with is the increase in my waist. I know that some is expected but would obviously like to limit it as much as I can. Saying that I have been reading the book “Bulking for Endomorphs” by Derek Charlebois and it is a great read and highly recommend those bulking endos out there to take the time to read it. After reading through it I have decided, for various reasons, to switch up my diet a bit. I will be dropping some carbs and adding healthy fats. This will be by no means a low carb diet, just switching from a 40/40/20 to a 40/30/30. While not a large change I hope that it will still help out a bit. I will be posting up my revised diet a little later today

While I am happy with the weight increase I would like it to be between 1 and 2 pounds a week. Saying this I will be increasing my calories by 100-150 and will most likely be adding them in the form of healthy fats(possibly almonds), I feel that this would be a good source of extra calories for me. I also will be adding these to my 3rd dosing of X-Factor where I could use some more fats with that meal. On more of the positive side of things I increased in biceps and chest, both of which I am very happy about, and are really starting to take “shape” and are looking great. I am also happy with keeping the waist and hips in check while increasing in other areas. Other then the minimal weight gain I am very happy and hopefully the increase in calories can jump start the gaining a bit.

I feel that this week went very well in terms of gains. I gained in weight, at a good rate of 1.5 lbs, increased in forearms, chest and thighs while keeping my waist in check and actually losing in my hips. My biceps have gotten bigger as well but were not a full 1/8 of an inch so I could not really guesstimate that well. I will also be getting my blood pressure taken today and will report back on that after I get that done. All in all so far everything is going great and I am very pleased with how things are going and hope I will be seeing more great things for the second half of this log. As another note I will be starting ActivaTe on Wednesday.

Well, first off I want to say that I am very happy with most of the measurements this week. One that I am not thrilled about is the over two pound a week gain. While I know that it might not all be “real” weight gained(i.e. added water, etc.) I just really liked seeing the 1-2 pound a week increases. The only other place that I’m not too crazy about is the gain in my waist again. It’s kind of weird though because I lost in my hips and I am actually looking better, so the gain is the waist might not be such a bad thing. I am very pleased with the continued gains in my arms, chest and shoulders and it is really showing outside of just the measurements. One thing this week that I’m also very excited about was a gain in my calves which had stalled out the past few weeks. Overall I am pretty happy with the gains this week, and think that the positives outweigh the negatives, that are not even that bad in the first place.

Wow all I have to say about this weeks numbers is wow. I am extremely happy with everything really. The only thing that I am not crazy about is the gain in waist size but I’m looking more muscular and not just "bigger". Everywhere else though I can’t complain in the least, up 1.5 lbs in total bodyweight and an increase in almost every muscle area. Also I’m not just seeing good numbers the mirror is also telling a good story as well as the compliments that I have been getting from others. Can’t wait to continue my journey and hope to continue to see great things.
