What Does a Wedding and a Mammogram Have in Common?
Okay, I have to share this with you guys…
First of all thanks to Chris for making this happen!
So, a couple of weeks ago I go to Atlanta to be in my cousin’s wedding. All weekend everyone is asking do I work out and how good I look as all weekend I was in sleeveless tops and the dress for the wedding had very skinny straps.
Then, last week I am laying on the table getting a follow on ultrasound to my mammogram because they saw a very large mass in the picture. The doctor stops mid scan and hovers over the top part of my chest and asks “Do you workout?” to which I said yes and he said “Good cause that is one huge muscle!” “If you had of said no, I would have been very worried!”
So, in two very different settings, I received some of the best compliments ever from working out!
Yes, Chris you were right –even the bride along with the entire bridal party was giving me some hateful looks. Not be vain but I was looking real good in that bridesmaid’s dress. And…I almost caused a medical mystery at the doctor’s office!
