Anyone have suggestions on how I should add weight responsibly? I eat 6-7 times daily. 3 main meals with a concentration on protein and fiber, not really watching carbs. Each meal is about 750 calories. Then I will have 3-4 snacks consisting of 300-400 calories each. Total average daily consumption of 3200 calories. I cannot gain weight with this heavy eating and I can’t eat anymore. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all!

Anyone have suggestions on back flab. I lost 60lbs of weight and am left with excess skin deposit on my lower back. I do variations of squats, good mornings, lunges, etc…. but the skin just collects down there and is unsightly.
Thanks for your help!

I have been confused for quite awhile about "servings". With my limited knowledge that your body can only process up to 42 grams of protein per serving, any more than this is converted to fat. If this is true, my question is: How much time has to pass in order to have another "serving"? I am trying to gain lean muscle but I do not want to be bulked with excess fat. Any help would be appreciated.

As an individual who has an addictive personality (smoking, eating, drinking, etc…) I have shed myself of many addictions through shear willpower. There are a couple of addictions (fitness and sex) that I am not willing to shed. These are the ones that provide me the healthiest outlook for the rest of my life.
