A Good Week
I had a good week this week. I cleaned up my diet. I did not eat any fast food or desserts! I lost 5lbs by doing this and I’m excited about the results. I’ve learned to substitute cookies and brownies for healthier options like dark chocolate covered almonds (antioxidant and healthy fats), frozen or fresh berries with fat free whip cream, or fat free chocolate pudding…I love chocolate! I had one cheat meal and it wasn’t that bad because I cooked it at home (taco salad made with extra lean ground beef, my own seasoning, salsa, lettuce, and fat free shredded cheese and sour cream). I made it to the gym 6 days this week and I feel great!!!! I am looking forward to next week and seeing even more results!

Sweets are one of my natural weaknesses and I have found myself trying to substitute it with dark chocolate. A great substitue can be fruit smoothies with carrot juice, banannas, ice, and blue berries, and possibly strawberries. Sounds iffy, but trust me it’s good and the contents are much better for you.
I hope this is helpful, good luck and you look fantastik!!!!!!
