I’m back….
So the last 2 weeks I "paused" my 12 wk plan and only landed in the gym 3 times due some lame excuses about schedule and being so busy that I didn’t have time for me. Of course these are things I made up in my own head, because let’s face it I just was being lazy and wanted a break. LOL Well in my mind anyway I did.
We all do it…life gets in the way…things happen and we come up with reasons to slack.
So here is just a note to tell you I’m wrapping up the last 6 weeks of my 12 week plan now and am back on track with the actual program as of yesterday. No slackin from this chick!

Pauses are no biggie, esp since you already look great. As long as you don’t hit the stop button.
