Pumped - Week 5 workouts
I am ready to get this week rolling…I moved back one week and now am starting Week 5 workouts today….Super stoked to get to the gym and get something done. I have been emotionally struggling a little the last few weeks…just a lot of changes in my life this year to deal with…sometimes it gets overwhelming. I have found that doing these programs and workouts, setting goals, stress relief time in the gym this keeps me focused and helps me control what I can on a daily basis and make me a better "me" overall. It helps keep you sane! LOL
So here’s to the good and the positive….let’s get through today and make it work for you! I am! :)
