Along with my workout I did a LOT of flights on the stairmaster this morning EARLY..ugh…just for fun and to get some extra heart pumping energy today! Yay! Enjoy the beautiful day and everyone have a Happy Thanksgiving!

I just need to say that I am so annoyed by the things people say sometimes. I was walking down the hall at work just now…wearing heels of course…and got the stupid comment "wow you are tall"…seriously! Ughhh…yes I am 6 feet tall. I am that height EVERY day….doesn’t change. Why do they feel the need to comment on my height? I don’t go around saying "wow you are fat" or "wow you are ugly"…..I KNOW I AM TALL!!! AND I LUV IT! SHUT UP PEOPLE! THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK! UGHHHHH…….It is so annoying. If I had a dollar for every time someone commented in a stupid way on my height I would be a billionare. Like I didn’t know I was tall?????? It gets old and people…it makes you look stupid when you just state the obvious. Get a clue!

Thought I would just check in and let everyone know I am still rolling along! My schedule has been hectic but I am fitting things in the best way I can. Vegas in 2.5 weeks! YAY! Super motivated to head into 2010 on track. I will update pics and info next week.

So the last 2 weeks I "paused" my 12 wk plan and only landed in the gym 3 times due some lame excuses about schedule and being so busy that I didn’t have time for me. Of course these are things I made up in my own head, because let’s face it I just was being lazy and wanted a break. LOL Well in my mind anyway I did.
We all do it…life gets in the way…things happen and we come up with reasons to slack.
So here is just a note to tell you I’m wrapping up the last 6 weeks of my 12 week plan now and am back on track with the actual program as of yesterday. No slackin from this chick!

I am ready to get this week rolling…I moved back one week and now am starting Week 5 workouts today….Super stoked to get to the gym and get something done. I have been emotionally struggling a little the last few weeks…just a lot of changes in my life this year to deal with…sometimes it gets overwhelming. I have found that doing these programs and workouts, setting goals, stress relief time in the gym this keeps me focused and helps me control what I can on a daily basis and make me a better "me" overall. It helps keep you sane! LOL
So here’s to the good and the positive….let’s get through today and make it work for you! I am! :)

Holy cow…..Busy busy week! Trying to get all my workouts in between my narrow schedule. It has been so crazy and its only Wednesday! Being in New Orleans with dinner and drinks this past wknd got me a little off..lol. But I am back on my mission! Hope everyone is doing well….good luck closing out your week!

Sooo…I got my happy rear out of bed this morning to get my workout in around 5:30am…I suppose it is easier to make sure it is done when I get it out of the way in the morning before the weekend. I am totally not a morning person though..lol. I am sure there were some funny looks given when I strolled in with my wild hair and no makeup….oh well! Im there to do a job right! Boy did I sweat like no other…I got it done!
Um….yeah…my legs are on fire today, my shoulders are sore and my abs still feel a little twinge of pain when I laugh….LUV IT!
I did have a major carb rally this morning with a plain bagel with a lil cream cheese around 9am…ooops…hey it’s friday okay…Ive been pretty good all week! Cut me some slack! LOL
The weather is more than perfect today in Houston…a sunny 80 with a gorgeous blue Texas sky! Enjoy your Friday…make it count for something. You choose. Looking forward to week 4 of my PFD!
