A Day at a time, maybe this is not so bad after all!
So far, so good! I have managed to eat well most of the time, let’s say about 70%!
The weight is down, so hoping it will keep going down. I see some folks at my gym working out and all and at times I am envious…but I know that with due time and putting in the time/effort, I will get to where I want to be.
I make sure to eat clean on a regular basis, cardio at least 3-4 times a week and yes eat clean! Lifting is good, and finding time to go to the gym more often.
1 day at a time, and hopefully I will keep at it 1 lb at a time till I drop the remaining 100 lbs!

It’s funny. I find my diet the easiest thing. Why are you finding it hard?

I guess sticking to it is the hardest thing for me!

Well look at it like this. Set aside one day, where you will eat anything you want. When you consume food on the other 6 days, think of it as fuel in reaching your goals. That’s how I do it.

For me Cawiau I am a suger junkie. Sugar is highly additive and it is found in absolutely everything that is canned, boxed, or frozen prepared foods. You really have to make the effort today to cook your food if your want a healthier lifestyle. Even foods prepared like Jenny Craig types foods. They are still processed, laden with sodium and other chemicals which will upset the natural state of your body. I use to work for Zagara’s which was a natural and specialty food store and learned a lot about eating better through them. I met a professional boxer who would give me pointers and such about supplements and eating. Awesome guy! But I truly understand the fight to eat clean. Continued success with your efforts. Know that you can do it and all things are possible!

Sticking to it is the hardest thing for most people. You have the right attitude - nobody’s perfect but focussing 1 day and 1pd at a time will get you there.

Dude you are doing it up…I remember when you first got on the site and since then plenty of people have dropped out. But, you are sticking to it well. Dude, everybody has something different to say about everything with bodybuilding. The important thing to probably remember is to be able to balance that information. For instance, diet may be easy for some. But, for me, you can believe it or now, I am horrible at it!!! I love soul food and that is the worst food in the world to eat! So, 1 lb at a time is a good motto to have. Keep it up!
