2 weeks till new year…time to step it up!

My wife had surgery and I have been playing Mr. Nurse since she has been back home! Since now she is feeling better to be able to stay home along for a couple of hours, I am going to hit the gym again today!

The gym close on the 25th, so have 6 days to kick ass before a forced day off! Thank another week till new years! Currently back to 292.4 lbs, gained three lbs from playing Mr. Nurse!

Goal is to lose about 6-7 lbs till new year..so if the 3 lbs gained is mostly water weight from bad diet, I should be able to lose it in no time! Now add to that another 6-7 lbs, I should be able to be under 280 lbs before I know it!

Basically, I want to be at 279 lbs at least by New Years!
Let’s go kick ass!

Hey brother… your site is very motivating. I’m glad I saw it as well as this blog before my workout today.. its inspiring. One question for you. You have a good goal and the right mindset (in my humble opinion) for attaining it. You say the goal is to lose 100 lbs but it sounds like you mean 100 lbs of fat specifically. I’d recommend, if you’re not already doing it.. keeping a journal of your lifts. If you’re getting stronger and your weight goes up some weight gain is muscle. If you’re getting stronger and your weight stays the same, you’re likely losing fat weight at the same rate you’re gaining muscle weight and if you’re getting stronger and your weight is dropping its okay that you’re losing the weight because its obviously not muscle you’re just losing fat faster than gaining muscle. If you’re losing strength under any circumstances then you need to reevaluate diet and/or training. Either way the journal helps make a lot of sense of the scale. It sounds like you’re doing great and adding some metabolism boosting muscle. Keep up the great work and the motivating site!
