I need advice on how to stay upbeat and motivated!

Seriously! I guess maybe I am bipolar…I know I am not but just maybe!

The issue is one moment I am upbeat, knowing I am on the right track, working out, eating right…etc. Basically doing all the right thinfs.
Than Bam..I feel shitty about myself. Usually happens when I look myself in the mirror or see pictures of myself. The fat round face, the man boobs, the big saggy stomach, the fat ass…

I start cursing and asking how in the world did I let myself get to that point??? How did I lose so much respect for myself, my body? Than the criticism start than I feel terrible.

I have a long road to go…and no, it does not get easier!

You need to stop analyzing your situation and start synthesizing.

Stop beating yourself up. Self doubt is irrelevant.

You need to stick to your plan and make tweaks as necessary.

    Stay Strong!

The thing you need to remember is that you are trying to make changes and, even when it feels like you’re not progressing as quickly as you would like to, you are striving to make the changes you want for yourself.

I think we all hit moments like that, and ask whether it’s all worth it, but the only time you really gotta feel depressed is if you give up on trying to reahc the goals you set yourself. From your profile, it looks like a few big things have happened in your life recently, so maybe try to adapt one step at a time- and in time you will get there. You’re on the journey.

    Good luck mate.

Dude! I know exactly what you’re talking about. But guess what? You’re still at it! Yay you! I mean, seriously, did you actually LOOK at your weight line there? It plummets like frickin’ the Ande’s Mountains! Duuuuuuuuuuude! Yer doin’ awesome! Seriously! I would NOT lie to you about something that important. Now on your feet, grunt! Move it move it move it! Cadence time! I’ve been told and I know best! I work my abs I work my chest! I work my legs, back, biceps too! I’ll work until my face turns blue! Sound off, one two! Whip out that red, white and blue head band and let’s groove!
