Let’s just say it was not easy! I thought I was going to walk in that gym and prove to myself I still got it….the only thing I proved is how out of shape I let myself go! I even took pictures but will not post them until the transformation is over, and also for the fact I cannot find the usb cord to connect it to my laptop!
Back to the workout…the main idea of the 10X 3 program is to do 10 sets of 3 reps each. Rest time 30-45 seconds between sets. I need to work on my rest time between sets but besides that I completed Day one of the program…intend to do it till end of september and see what gives.
Also, starting next week will start doing cardio 2 times a day instead of 1 and also going for longer hours …1 hour+

Not bad for a first day but not great! Also, my scale broke during my move so no way of knowing how much I weight???? So will be going by the pictures…maybe you guys can help me judge!
With this morning cardio, that puts me 3 miles closer to my 500 miles goal! ….


I am just taking it one day at a time. No hype, no crazy ideas…just one day and one step at a time!
