A slow start but going for a strong finish!
I wanted to start this challenge off with a bang, you know, show that I am serious! God had a total different plan for me…caught a bad cold last night and woke up this morning feeling like shit! Can’t breathe thru my nose, coughing, runny eyes…you name it, I got it! So, I can also forget moving this weekend, no way I am going to be lifting furniture with the way I feel!
Basically, I went to the gym anyway and did 20 minute on the treadmill. Not much, but enough to say that I started this challenge for good. Did 1.1 mile..so yeah, hopefully I need to increase the speed.


I made some calculation and it seems that I would need to average about 5.5 miles per day to get to that 500 Miles by the end of August 2008…so really slow start. …but got a few ideas.
