Another week, another battle!

OK people, I believe I survived the long weekend…thank GOD! :D

I did my first 45 minutes cardio yesterday and one thing is for sure….I need better shoes. So the first order of business this upcoming weekend is to get me some good running shoes. Besices that…I am starting to like this cardio thing…shhhh, not supposed to be saying that out loud :p

Back pain are completely gone. I mean, not from just when I was running, but walking, going up the stairs, etc. I am back pain free. The doctor used to say it was because of my weight, but I only lost like 3 lbs. I believed that the cardio helped alot…so brownie points for cardio.

I have to survive another week this week. This week is a week full of possibilities. Increase my strenght, make sure I stick to my diet, and of course to the cardio. Let’s make it happen. Every day is another day for improvements

Shoes do make the run man. My new shoes just got here a few days ago and I can feel the difference. I reccommend talking to the people at the store and things. I wrote Nike and they sent me a nice long e-mail about what shoes I should try and why. I settles with the Shox Junga II. They’re amazing, about a pound lighter than my old shoes, and just feel better. But good job on the cardio and glad to hear the back is getting better, Hang in there man, good luck.

LIsten Dude, good job on surviving the weekend. EVen better job gettin the cardio in. As far as the back pain goes, I have to tell you a secret. Dr.’s really dont know what causes it. My personal belief is that you need the correct muscular support to keep your back in line and that once you have that you wont have any pain. There are certain combinations of exercises that I do that completely eliminate pain for me for a few days/weeks, and for the life of me I cant figure out whcih ones they are..lol well I gues I’ll have to keep trying. congrats on the progress and keep up the good work. I’ve been watchin you..just aint been commenting…
