Weight IN!
I weighted in this morning at 323.00 lbs…Yep, I was kinda disapointed but hey, it’s better than nothing. But since I felt short of my goal to be under 320 by today, I will have to start doing 45 minutes cardio everyday for the upcoming week, and that is startig today!
Hopefully that will carry some results and the fat will start melting off! I am still fighting the good fight and not giving up!!! But GOD, I need a breakthrough next week to keep this going. You know when you are at that point, that you need that little hope, as small at it can be, that you can do this and you need to do it! Okay, that is the point where I am at now…..I need that small miracle!

Cawiau. How many calories are you consuming each day? 45 minutes of cardio every day is too much in my opinion. I perform cardio only 5 times a week and I am able to burn 400-600 cals in 30 minutes, using the elliptical .
Just for reference. I weigh 250 and I am consuming 3,000 cals a day.

I am not going to do 45 minutes cardio all the time…it is just for this week because I did not meet my goal weight!
