Comment : It was not a good workout. I arrived to the gym late and they were closing in 45 minutes. So that is the best I could do. No cardio this morning because my legs were feeling a little funny. Will try to go for a walk later :(

Comment:Great workout session. I could really fill it. I stopped cardio at 20 minutes because I was bored, my i-pod died. Did not realise till today how important my i-pod or music was for my workout.:)

Keeping at this!

I have started and I intend to finish this marathon. I am feeling better, energized and yes more confident. Something about working out just instantly bring this jump in you that you did not have before. Yes I am still a fat ass but I feel like a million bucks.

I enjoy my workouts no matter how taxing they get, the soreness I feel afterwards…it’s all good. I am more conscious about my food choice but still enjoy my pizza,etc. I am in this for the long run and have to keep at this.

Something about thinking for the long run makes you wanting to keep at this even more. It is not about a year from now, or two, this is for a lifetime. I see people in their 40’s and 50’s even 60’s on this website and I am like :GOD I wish I look that good when i am their age.

Asking God for it is one thing but also have to do my part. I intend to do my part and enjoy it.

So, let’s keep at this

Comments :  All considered it was a good workout, good barely walk up the stairs to my room :D . Next goal is to deadlift 295*6. Also need to try to reduce the rest time. Besides it is all good. :D
