June 22 2007, Afternoon Workout

Comment: I combined since of my thighs workout with my shoulders workout today since I missed my workout yesterday and I won’t be able to workout on Sunday (going out of town tomorow and not coming back till Sunday night.) Downside was no cardio today.
Also, diet sucked :( today big time.
