Cardio

Elliptical

Time : 36 minutes
Resistance : 7
Distance : 3.36 miles
Comments : This was a really good cardio session. I really felt the burn during the cardio and afterwards. Also my energy was thru the roof, not sure why. But still, my back was killing me from my workout last night. Not sure I will be able to do cardio after my leg workout later on. We will see ;)

    cardio after legs always is a killer, but if you work your legs hard enough w/ weights, you’ll burn all the fat that was relaesed from your legs during weight training in the cardio session (Spot Training)
    i know alot of people think its a myth, bbutive seen results by doing this. good luck and have fun!!!!

    Thanks. I am hust back from my eg workotu and only lasted 10 minutes doing cardio.
    My legs had a mind of their own.
