thats about how far i get on the elip @ 30 min. but i usually interval it from 5 resistance for 2 min then 10 resistance for 2 min back and forth for 30 min along with changing the angle from low grade to high grade every 2 min as well. Keep it up, ive lost 15 lbs in 1.5 months doing that 5 days a week, it definitely works.
