Comments : I enjoyed the cardio session but had to cut it short, was running late for work. Can’t wait for my lifting session this afternoon. the 300 lbs mark have put me in a good mood :D

    thats about how far i get on the elip @ 30 min. but i usually interval it from 5 resistance for 2 min then 10 resistance for 2 min back and forth for 30 min along with changing the angle from low grade to high grade every 2 min as well. Keep it up, ive lost 15 lbs in 1.5 months doing that 5 days a week, it definitely works.
