Another quick update!!!
Velocity Diet
I decided to give up on this formal diet since it seems that my stomach is not agreeing with it too much. I intend to follow something similar to this diet but with normal meals. Since I work out 2 times a day, I will have 3 protein shakles and 2 normal meals. So here goes my 5 meals a day. Or if I can, I will try to introduce a 6th meal.

Cardio
I am going to increase my morning cardio duration and intensity. From the normal 30 minutes, I am going for 45. Will see how it goes. Wish me luck.

Scale.
My normal scale broke….long story. So no weight in for this week. Will try to buy one this weekend if I get the time.
