Comments : This was a really good cardio session. I really felt the burn during the cardio and afterwards. Also my energy was thru the roof, not sure why. But still, my back was killing me from my workout last night. Not sure I will be able to do cardio after my leg workout later on. We will see

Comments: It was a good workout but could have been better. My concentration wasn’t there so the workout lasted more than it should. So cardio had to be cut short to 10 minutes so I up the resistance to 10 instead of the usual 5. Actually love the feeling so will do it again.:D

My next mini-goal is to reach 295 lbs…can’t wait to reach that one. But first, I must get under 300 lbs

Velocity Diet
I decided to give up on this formal diet since it seems that my stomach is not agreeing with it too much. I intend to follow something similar to this diet but with normal meals. Since I work out 2 times a day, I will have 3 protein shakles and 2 normal meals. So here goes my 5 meals a day. Or if I can, I will try to introduce a 6th meal.

I am going to increase my morning cardio duration and intensity. From the normal 30 minutes, I am going for 45. Will see how it goes. Wish me luck.

Scale.
My normal scale broke….long story. So no weight in for this week. Will try to buy one this weekend if I get the time.

I don’t know what was wrong with me this weekend but all I did was sleep. I mean since I got off work since Friday till now Sunday, I slept. Got up like every 10-12 hours to eat something than here I was, right back to sleep.
I guess it was all the activities this week that finally were catching up with my body. A well deserved rest, but the downside with that is that I did not get any workout in at all. I intend to go for a walk later on to try to make it up. At least get some cardio in

Ok, Yesterday I got home and fell asleep. So I will take it as my off day. My upper body is killing me , guess that is supposed to be a good thing.
Now the bad thing. I woke up around 2 in the morning and had a major cheat. I mean I waws just craving for food and let my hunger get the best of me. Had a bowl, a huge bowl, of rice and chicken. Not good.
Hopefully I will work it off at the gym this afternoon. Overslept again this morning so no cardio so for that intend to up my cardio from the regular 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Will see how it goes.
So that is about it for today.
