YES!! Done!! And I DID IT!! Worth it all…the emotions, doubts, depletions and dehydration…….Planning next year already….and RESTING for a week…I learned so much in the last year…and morphed INCREDIBLY the last 2…
It was all I wished and hoped for….My final stats made me ECSTATIC….the weight loss and BF %……..LONG ass road….I weighed in 3 lbs less then my goal for comp….. I think my Mom heard me yell "YEEAAHH" when I stepped on the weigh in scale!!
She is in New Hampshire..!
Gonna hit next year at 12% and 10lbs less……and STILL be a HeavyWeight!!
Time to rest…….eat something crazy and plan my next excursion……..
