Wasnt in it…yet…just wanted to go to one before I jumped on the stage….the women were beautiful…the men incredible…but BIG dissapointment was only 3 fem bodybuilders…and only one was cut….the other was a senior citizen and the 3rd….obviously nonremarkable..I dont remember her!

Damn I will blow the roof off when I get up there!!  Saw many people from the gym there…and my Old trainer the Beast had a client in the figure comp..she was beautiful…..and 2 other members were upon stage also…

This fall will be my turn…I HAVE NO DOUBT and I know I will have a crew of people yelling my name out as I am up there showing off my accomplishment…cant wait….

Day 2….training.. Day 4 of the diet…I am feeling AWESOME…My legs are friggin ALIVE …..My ass is thanking me……this cutting diet is goin pretty damn good…surprisingly..of course I am only into week one! Time will tell…but I am so damn focused and pumped I WILL DO IT!

Quit the creatine…I dont like the "fluff" I was seeing and feeling…I want to get back onto No Xplode pre work out….

Told Kelly I wanted to take some pics this week ,I need to see my progress…not just in the mirror.

She is THE BEST!! Ever get a chance to meet her ..DO IT!

Well it has happened…KellyLynn is going to tear me up and get me into competition form….we have become good friends and she is extremely excited to take me on and jack me up to the hilt!

She mention video taping the morphing and training, diet and grunts…I am all for it! Told her I will follow her words and directions as if it were gospel…at this point THEY ARE!

She is totally confident I can get into comp form by September! Helll if thats the case I am going for Hurricane Bay 08!

I am totallly pumped that she is doing this for me…she wants to see me get huge as much as I do!!

 Time to unleash the beast!!!
