Another Day
I haven’t done great these past two days. They have been busy and full of convience foods. I know I’m going to end up paying for it at the scale on Sunday.
I know what happened, I wasn’t drinking my water and OJ. I do so much better when I include fruit, vegetables and vegetable juices during the day.
Exercise: one hour of walking. I need to increase that amount. I did my best with the way my knee was feeling. Every time I took a step it felt like my knee was going to pop.

Hey welcome!!! Just out of curiosity what is your diet like. I read in your blog about you including fruits, veggies, and veggie juices. The natural fruits and veggies would be alright but you want to watch the veggie juices because some contain a lot of sodium and OJ can be loaded with sugars. Also I don’t know what type of equipment you have or use but that walking could be very strenous on that knee.

Hi,
Actually I’m consuming about 1900-2500 calories per day. I’m trying to add natural fruits and vegetables with each day.
I count in the OJ that I drink because it’s the only thing I drink other than water.
