First couple of days
I have been wanting to get in better shape and change my body for quite some time now, but only until recently have I really been serious about it. So I’ve started to do as much research as I can and look every where on bobyspace. I have tried to revamp my diet completely, but it is not going as well as I had hoped. I try to eat smaller meals all throughout the day, with as much protein as I can, but I really don’t know exactly what I’m doing. It is also hard to eat well and evenly throughout the day when I am a college student and an athlete. I have classes then practice, and I just want to come home and have a big fatty meal late at night. Hopefully it will get better and easier the more I learn and experience. If anyone has advice for me, i’m all ears. thanks
