I just want to write and say how proud of my daughter I am, she works hard at everything she does but the one day that it really showed how tough she is mentally and physcally was this summer when she was the starting pitcher for her softball team. She is only 10 years old but this day she was as tough as any person I have been around. She was playing in the Regional softball touranment, there were 13 teams there and she had a rough outing and her team fell into the losers bracket after the first game on Sat. morning. She came back later that afternoon and pitched great and help keep her team alive until Sun. morning. On this Sunday she was amazing her team came out and starting playing at 9:00am in the morning, she pitched the first game and they won, the next game was at 12:00 and the second pitcher was in to give her a rest and was doing great until the last inning when the heat started to get to her and they needed 1 more out and the bases where loaded and all I told her was she was our closer and she went out there and threw 3 strikes to end the game. The next game was at 2:00 and she would be starting, she came out and pitched another great game and they won, this put them in the semi-final game and this game started at 3:30. The games were and 1 hour and 15 min. time limit so this was a back to back game and she would have to pitch this one as we only had 2 pitchers and our second pitcher wasn’t as fast and was wore out. She pitched one the best games I have ever seen out of her. You have to remember this in in July in 100 degree weather and this is her 3rd full game pitching. The other team they were playing had only played one game and they went through 3 pitchers in this game and my daughter pitched the entire game. They would end up losing because of throwing errors but every girl on that team gave everything the had and they could not go another inning much less another game. This is the day my daughter inspired me cause she never complained that it was hot or she was tired, she knew she was part of a team and that every girl out there was playing hard. It showed me and herself how strong she really is mentally to with stand the heat and keep pitching and how physically strong she was to throw hard to the very end. This showed her if you work hard and give everything you have even if you didn’t win it all this time you can be proud of yourself because you never gave up and this is how I want her to be in everything she does in life. She makes me smile everyday and inspires me to be the best dad I can:)

I am happy with the progress I have made in the last 6 months, I have dropped almost 4 inches off my waist while maintaining muscle but it is time to stop putting off and move to the next level. I know what I have to do physicaly to acheive this but I have to get through the mental part with the eating plan. I love sugar and when I eat it I don’t control myself but that ends today. I am starting today with my new eating plan and I will get to my new goal to below 10% bodyfat by the end of August.
