Good to get back to it!
It is good to be back on track after a week off to take the family to Disney World, had a great time. Started day with a good bodyweight and ab workout at 4am before heading out to work then when I got home worked out chest, lats, tris and calves, very good workout.
Started back eating clean and feel great. Feels like a great week ahead of me as I started my new goal of losing an inch off my waist before the Christmas holidays.
Stay Strong and remember if it were easy nobody would be fat.
