Great start on new goal.
I have started my new goal of losing one inch off my waist before the Holidays. This week went very good my eating plan and workouts were just about perfect. The results are I am down one pound and a quater inch off my waist in six days.
This site is a real inspiration to stay on track and reach my goals.
Stay consistent and never give up and if it were easy nobody would be fat!

do you have anything you eat to stave off hunger? I need some tips on what I can eat that will keep me feeling full. between meals? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
